The Pope Calls For A 'World Political Authority': A 'New World Order'

A version of this post was first placed on a thread on the UK Column forum. For reference purposes I decided to place it here as well.

On June 29th, 2009, the Pope issued an 'encyclical' entitled 'Caritas in Veritate', or 'Charity in Truth' in which the Pope called for a 'world political authority'. On Wikipedia we find that:

"Within Catholicism in recent times, an encyclical is generally used for significant issues, and is second in importance only to the highest ranking document now issued by popes, an Apostolic Constitution. However, the designation 'encyclical' does not always denote such a degree of significance. The archives at the Vatican website currently classify certain encyclicals as "Apostolic Exhortations". This informal term generally indicates documents with a broader audience than the bishops alone.

Pope Pius XII held that Papal Encyclicals, even when they are not ex cathedra, can nonetheless be sufficiently authoritative to end theological debate on a particular question."

Thus it seems that the Catholics of the world (plus, it says, all people of good will) should take heed of the Pope's thoughts on the issues dealt with in the encyclical. There is no doubt that what the Pope is calling for is a World Government.

In his Christmas speech of 2005 (see video below) the Pope specifically called for a 'New World Order'. This is the code used by the 'elites', such as George Bush, Henry Kissinger, Gordon Brown and Mikhail Gorbachev, for a World Government.

The question that must be asked is, is the World Government, or New World Order, proposed by the Pope the same one that is being evidently sought after by Bush, Kissinger, Brown, Gorbachev and the various Masonic, globalist elites we are already aware of?

“In the face of the unrelenting growth of global interdependence,” wrote Benedict, “there is a strongly felt need, even in the midst of a global recession, for a reform of the United Nations, and likewise of economic institutions and international finance, so that the concept of the family of nations can acquire real teeth.”

Most on this forum would recognise the fact that the 'credit crunch' was an engineered financial collapse. Do you think that the Vatican would be unaware that this was the case?

"Obviously it would have to have the authority to ensure compliance with its decisions from all parties. Such an authority would have to be "regulated by law" and "would need to be universally recognised and to be vested with the effective power to ensure security for all, regard for justice, and respect for rights."

There's seems little likelihood that the Vatican would propose a world political authority that didn't serve its interests.

"Globalisation certainly requires authority, insofar as it poses the problem of a global common good that needs to be pursued. This authority, however, must be organised in a subsidiary and stratified way, if it is not to infringe upon freedom and if it is to yield effective results in practice."

Common good? Common Purpose?

"… there is a pressing moral need for renewed solidarity, especially in relationships between developing countries and those that are highly industrialised. The technologically advanced societies can and must lower their domestic energy consumption, either through an evolution in manufacturing methods or through greater ecological sensitivity among their citizens."

“The processes of globalisation, suitably understood and directed, open up the unprecedented possibility of large-scale redistribution of wealth on a worldwide scale,” he wrote. “If badly directed, however, they can lead to an increase in poverty and inequality, and even trigger a global crisis."

"What is also needed though is a worldwide redistribution of energy resources so that countries lacking those resources can have access to them but it also needs just laws and forms of redistribution governed by politics and what is more it needs works redolent of the spirit of gift"

This seems to be a clear endorsement of the 'climate change' agenda. Remember we are not talking about developing countries being given the chance to reach the standards of the developed world. The developed world, it seems, must be reduced to a level closer to that of the developing world. Remember also, when the proposed World Government increases your taxes so as to 'redistribute' your wealth (line the pockets of the elites), to consider it as a 'gift'.

The developing world, left to its own devices and with access to resources not owned or controlled by the wealthy elites could most probably do quite well enough on their own.

"To manage the global economy: to revive economies hit by the crisis: to avoid any deterioration of the present crisis and the greater imbalance that would result: to bring about integral and timely disarmament, food security and peace; to guarantee the protection of the environment and to regulate migration: for all this there is an urgent need of a true world political authority."

Problem, reaction, solution?
